I was so excited to meet Emily and Michael at Untermyer Park in Yonkers, New York for their engagement session! This stunning and gorgeous park is my favorite to photograph couples in! There are so many unique spots in this park. It reminded me of Ancient Rome the first time I visited! It has a rich history and has been in many movies including Ricky and the Flash. When I met them for the session, it was about an hour before sunset and some of the September heat was down. I love meeting couples in person prior to the wedding! Untermyer Park has a similar mid-evil vibe that their wedding venue also has. In this area, there are so many castles and it blows my mind. The park is surrounded by a tall stone wall and the architecture is truly spectacular! They will be getting married at Whitby Castle in Rye, New York! Can’t wait!
