Julia’s wedding was on a beautiful and sunny late spring day on Memorial weekend. For Julia and Ryan, this was a Jersey Shore destination wedding. When Ryan was a child, his family would travel from Pennsylvania and vacation along the Jersey Shore during the summer, so capturing their beach theme was very important to them! Julia prepared for her day in the hotel at The Reeds. Out of any hotel room I’ve ever seen, this room was bright and gorgeous!

As I photographed Julia beautiful details, she was busy getting her hair and makeup finished in the room. As soon as she was done, she went on the balcony and popped a bottle of champagne! Julia was ready and we all headed to the 95th Street Pavilion for the first look! There were some people sitting under the pavilion, and witnessed As Ryan waited patiently for Julia to walk up to him and as he turned to look at her, he had the happiest smile on his face!

Since it was Memorial weekend, the beach was packed with sunbathers! As we made our way to the beach, a random lady stopped Julia and Ryan for a picture! I’ve never seen that happen before, haha! I shot them toward the beautiful sand dunes. Everyone headed to The Reeds at Shelter Haven for the ceremony! Julia shed some happy tears! The beautiful cocktail hour was just downstairs at the outdoor patio overlooking the bay! Ryan and Julia had their first dance followed by many happy toasts and speeches! Everyone danced all night long and after the reception was over, everyone kept the party going next door! Congratulations Julia and Ryan!

From her creative eye to her amazing work, diligence, quick responses, and fun personality she is the best choice you could make for your wedding needs. You immediately get the sense from her that she wants to adopt your idea of how you picture your wedding being and what your style is. She is very knowledgeable and is very capable of offering you great ideas if are in need of them. Another thing that I really liked about Jamie is that she knows how to put your mind at ease when you are feeling unsure about things or when you are not sure about your choice(so).

As you well know there are numerous photographers out there with 5 stars so which one do you pick right? and of course you want the perfect one! It is mind racking. Jamie addressed every photographer concern I had. She has back up memory cards in all of her cameras, and comes beyond prepared for your special day. She knows how important your wedding day is to you and she is open to any ideas you have. My husband and I will be using her for all of our photographer needs. Thank you Jamie!
