How they met:

“PJ & I were both born and raised in Metuchen. He was two grades older than me, so we didn’t cross paths until I was a freshman in high school. We quickly became friends but both went our separate ways for college. Our mutual hometown kept us coming back together during college breaks, but it was never the right time for either of us to pursue anything more than a friendship.

Once we both graduated college and we were in the same place at the same time, we took the leap and started dating and everything just fell into place. We traveled to PJ’s college town, Denver, last summer and he proposed to me on top of a beautiful mountain in Boulder. It was a day I know we’ll always remember“
