Duke Farms Summer Engagement Session {Frances -n- Rupert}
Duke Farms Summer Engagement Session {Frances & Rupert} www.jamiebodo.com
I’ve lived in the Hillsborough area most of my life and never once have I visited the property of Doris Duke. She was her father’s only child and became a tobacco heiress by the time she was 12. She’s been deceased for 20 years and had she still been alive, would have been 101; the beautiful architecture is roughly the same age. The 2,300 acre property is just breathtaking and I was excited when Frances & Rupert agreed to have their engagement session there! The property is dedicated to preserving wild life as well as natural vegetation; and it’s stunning! Wild flowers everywhere! We visited the hay barn, old foundation, and of course the green house. Can’t wait for Frances & Rupert’s wedding this January at The Palace at Somerset Park!
